"Agriculture and Community: Some lessons learned in the far north of Israel"
by Dr. Adam Abramson, AB '04
Saturday, July 22
10:00 AM PT/1:00 PM ET
Farming has a unique potential to foster community, and with recent lockdowns and supply chain issues, there is growing interest among believers worldwide to seek other lifestyle models.
Dr. Abramson will share about the Israeli experience with the Kibbutz and Moshav models of agriculture-based communities, and how some parts of these models may be relevant for believers. As part of a loose network of believers in the north of Israel who seek deeper levels of community, he will share some common themes and directions - and hopes to learn as much as he "teaches" about what others are sensing on this topic in the Body of Christ.
