OCTET & CHESTERTON: LESSONS FROM CHRISTIAN STUDY CENTERS
The Christian study center movement came into being to catalyze thoughtful Christian presence at universities, to facilitate discovery of the intellectual riches of Christian faith, thereby empowering more faithful Christian living. Christian study centers are hubs of Christian community, hospitality and learning that have sprung up on campuses from Yale and Dartmouth to Duke and Berkeley.
Come hear from the leaders of 2 such centers, as they describe the vision and practical steps that helped establish the Octet Collaborative at MIT and Chesterton House at Cornell, and discuss ongoing challenges. In learning from their experience and insights, perhaps we can start by dreaming about what God could do at Harvard.
